Scholarship

Any member of Laborers’ Local Union 393 who has contributed to the scholarship fund and has a son or daughter who graduates from high school and wants to further their education at a college, university, vocational or trade school can automatically receive a $1,000.00 scholarship from the Local to help with expenses. Students must actively be enrolled/accepted as a full­time student at a school and show proof of enrollment/acceptance. Any student who completes at least a two-year schooling or an associate’s degree and wants to further their education and receive a bachelor’s degree is eligible for another scholarship. If the student has received their bachelor’s degree and wants to obtain their master’s degree they are also eligible for another scholarship.
